Candles for Peace: Shedding Light on Domestic Violence

October is national Domestic Violence Awareness Month.  Jersey Battered Women’s Service’s mission is the prevention of domestic violence through various services.  Candles for Peace is an event to raise awareness in the Morris County community about domestic violence.  There will be various activities such as the Silent Witness Exhibit, Baring Our Soles, and Clothesline Project.  There will also be general information about domestic violence available.
