Climate Change & Building Resilient Communities

Great Swamp Watershed Association, the Somerset County Park Commission, and the Passaic River Insitute are convening a multidisciplinary panel of scholars and experts from Montclair State University to discuss some of the most pressing and complex issues surrounding our local and national debate over climate change. This event will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Somerset County Environmental Education Center in Basking Ridge, NJ.


Montclair State University panelists will include: Nicole Bryan, Assistant Professor, School of Business; Josh Galster, Associate Professor, Earth and Environmental Studies; Julian Keenan, Professor, Biology and Molecular Biology; Katherine McCaffrey, Associate Professor, Anthropology; Sandra Passchier, Associate Professor, Earth and Environmental Studies; Gregory Pope, Associate Professor, Earth and Environmental Studies; and Meiyin Wu, Associate Professor, Biology and Molecular Biology, Director, Passaic River Institute.
