Why is this person an "Everyday Inspiration?" 
Dr. Sheppard is an everyday inspiration to me. She is a strong woman who is gentle, intelligent and sincere. When a personal problem came up for me, she was there to listen, provide some guidance but most importantly she provided the much needed reassurance that I was looking for. She said over and over that whatever the results were that we would deal with it.

Because of Dr. Sheppard I was not afraid. She provided me the strength I needed. My results ended up positive and Dr. Sheppard was the first one to celebrate. I am so grateful to have someone like Dr. Sheppard in my corner.

Dr. Sheppard is an integral part of the staff at Total Health Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. As a chiropractic physician, Dr. Sheppard has dedicated her life to helping people eliminate pain and discomfort.
