Former Intern Accused Of Stealing From County Prosector's Office
The allegedly stolen documents were uncovered during an online harassment investigation.

EAST HANNOVER, NJ— An East Hanover man is accused of stealing documents and data from the Morris County Prosecutor's Office while working as an intern, the Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said in a statement.
The man was charged with computer theft, theft, and receiving stolen property. Grewal said that while the man was working as at intern at the Morris County Prosecutor's Office, he illegally copied data and files from county computers.
Grewal did not say what types of files were allegedly stolen.

The man worked as intern from May 2012 to May 2013. NorthJersey.com reported he was currently worked at Hackensack -based Degrado Halkovich, LLC.
The allegedly stolen documents were uncovered during an investigation into his use of a computer to have sexually explicit online chats. He was charged with cyber harassment and invasion of privacy in relation to that case.

Update: All charges have been dropped against the defendant.
