Fraudulent Credit Cards Used to Buy Electronics, Cops Say
NY men arrested after more than $2,500 worth of iPads and iPods purchased from Target, according to police report.

Three New York men are accused of using fraudulent credit cards to purchase $2,500 worth of electronics from Target last week, East Hanover Police said.
Comaka L. Okoduwa, 30, of Bronx, N.Y., Hamilton Eromosele, 22, of Bronx, N.Y., and Gary S. Taylor, 25, of Mt. Vernon, N.Y. were each charged with credit card theft, conspiracy to commit credit card theft, fraudulent use of credit cards and theft by deception.
Target security advised police of a possible credit card fraud Monday, Oct. 8 shortly before 3 p.m., according to an East Hanover arrest report.

The police were advised that two of the men had exited the store and were inside a black BMW with New York license plates, the report stated. Responding officers located the vehicle in the store's parking lot and spoke to the two individuals inside the SUV, the arrest report stated. The third man emerged from the store and was questioned as well, the report said.
Approximately 30 gift cards were found in the vehicle's center console and several bags of merchandise containing iPads and iPods worth more than $2,500 was located inside the SUV, the arrest report said.

The investigation revealed thee items were purchased fraudulently with credit cards and all three men were placed under arrest and transported to headquarters for processing, according to police.
Bail was set at $10,000 for Okoduwa and Eromosele and $5,000 for Taylor. After processing, all three were released on bail, according to the arrest report.
