Lance Olitt Joins Kluger Healey as Partner
Mr. Olitt's areas of expertise include employment and business litigation.
Tinton Falls, NJ –The law firm of Kluger Healey, LLC is pleased to announce that Lance N. Olitt has joined the firm as a partner. “We couldn’t be more pleased that Lance has joined the firm,” said William H. Healey, one of the firm’s founding partners. “Lance is a versatile employment and commercial litigator with over 25 years of experience.”
Mr. Olitt’s areas of expertise include employment and business litigation. On behalf of business clients in many different industries, he regularly appears before state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums, such as arbitration and mediation.
“We have known Lance for many years and recognize that he is a valuable addition to our team,” Mark F. Kluger, the firm’s other founding partner said. “He is an outstanding litigator whose skills will further strengthen our ability to best represent our business clients in employment and commercial cases.”

Over the years, Mr. Olitt has defended an array of employment matters, including the defense of discrimination, whistle-blower and harassment claims, and numerous chancery court matters involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets. His commercial litigation experience includes claims involving contracts, real estate, shareholders, partnerships, fraud, landlord-tenant issues, consumer fraud and construction.
Mr. Olitt earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and a B.A. from Emory University. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
