Citizens’ Climate Lobby talks Market-Based Solutions for Climate Change

Morris County Chamber of Commerce hosts Richard Larsen and Dr. David Korfhage of Citizens’ Climate Lobby (“CCL”), a non-profit, non-partisan organization advocating market-based policies to address climate change, to present information on the proposed Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act (H.R. 763).

The bill would implement a market-based solution for reducing America’s carbon pollution and bringing climate change under control while unleashing American technology, innovation and ingenuity. CCL hopes to increase bipartisan support and will need support from businesses to do so.
