Pastosa Ravioli Celebrates Grand Opening in Florham Park

Florham Park, NJ (February 8th, 2017) … Pastosa Ravioli, the third generation, family-owned and operated Italian specialty food company widely recognized as the source of New York’s finest ravioli, fresh pasta and Italian specialties will mark its grand opening in Florham Park with a community celebration.

Located at 186 Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park, this is the 11th Pastosa Ravioli store. With consistent, first-class service and a full-line of high quality, affordable Italian specialty products, Pastosa Ravioli has grown from a Brooklyn landmark to a household name throughout the New York Metropolitan area and celebrated 50 years of quality and tradition in January 2016.

“Before our grandfather opened the first Pastosa in 1966, he was a successful salesman for Polly-O.

He was so passionate about the quality products he sold and was committed to delivering unmatched customer service. We’re proud to carry on his legacy with that same proven formula,” said co-owner Anthony Ajello. Anthony, along with co-owners Charlie Montedoro and Marc Sigmund, are excited to be a part of the Florham Park community. “We are eager to open our doors and bring the Pastosa tradition to this area of New Jersey,” he added.

As part of the grand opening celebration, Pastosa will feature homemade specials, in-store discounts, contests with giveaways, celebrity guests and more.
