Pastosa Ravioli Celebrates Grand Opening in Florham Park - Marking Its 11th Location!

Florham Park, NJ (March 6th, 2017) … Pastosa Ravioli, the third generation, family-owned and operated Italian specialty food company widely recognized as the source of New York’s finest ravioli, fresh pasta and Italian specialties celebrated the grand opening of their newest location in Florham Park, NJ over the weekend of February 17-18th.

Located at 186 Columbia Turnpike, this is the 11th Pastosa Ravioli store. With the majority of their store locations in New York, Pastosa has been a household name in Brooklyn and Staten Island for over 50 years but with the opening of their Cranford location in 2014 – they have proven that their quality and excellent service goes beyond just New York. New Jersey locals are quickly recognizing why Pastosa has been so popular all these years.

The weekend-long Grand Opening event was extremely well attended – new customers and long-time Pastosa fans who traveled to check out the new location – were all greeted by the Pastosa Ravioli staff and enjoyed great deals, free giveaways, delicious homemade tastings and much more. Co-owner, Anthony Ajello, whose grandfather opened the original Pastosa over 50 years ago, was so happy to finally open the doors on the new store. “It was amazing to see such a great turnout for our Grand Opening in Florham Park and know that our family tradition and reputation has carried over from New York into New Jersey. I know my grandfather would be very proud,” said Ajello.

Co-owners, Anthony and Miranda Ajello are looking forward to getting involved in the community. They are currently running a coloring contest which kicked off during the Grand Opening weekend.
