Relay For Life of Florham Park Reschedules Kickoff Celebration to March 27, 2017
American Cancer Society's Relay for Life of Florham Park Kickoff Celebration

Due to the blast of winter weather on March 14, American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life has rescheduled its First Kickoff Celebration for Florham Park and the Hanovers to Monday, March 27, 2017. The event will take place at 7:30 p.m. at Hanover Park High School, 63 Mount Pleasant Ave, East Hanover, NJ.
This is the first year that this popular event is expanding to Florham Park and the Hanovers. The Kickoff is open to residents of all ages, as well as local businesses and organizations interested in learning more about how they can get involved. Individuals and teams will also be able to register for the Relay for Life event on May 20, 2017. The evening will also feature giveaways and light refreshments.
Though this is the first Relay for Life for Florham Park and the Hanovers, Relay for Life takes place internationally and is one of the world's largest fundraising events supporting cancer research, prevention and patient programs. Participants take turns walking around a track in a relay-style event. The multi-hour event symbolizes the around-the-clock fight to battle cancer. Special ceremonies throughout the day and night honor patients, caregivers and their families.
