Three Lawyers at MARC Chosen as American Bar Foundation Fellows

Paul F. Carvelli, Alice M. Shanahan and Asaad K. Siddiqi, partners at MARC in Florham Park, have been selected as fellows of the American Bar Foundation.

Carvelli, a litigator, represents commercial, employment, environmental, real estate and other clients in state and federal litigation at the trial and appellate levels.

Shanahan represents and counsels clients in highly complex environmental matters, as well as on transactional and contract issues, in New Jersey and New York.

Siddiqi, a litigator, advises corporate and nonprofit clients on commercial, white-collar and employment matters as well as investigations and compliance.

The American Bar Foundation advances justice through research, publications and programs on the law and its impact on society. The honorary organization of attorneys, judges, law faculty and legal scholars sponsors seminars and events of relevance to the legal profession.
