Woodmont West at Mt. Arlington Named ‘Community of the Year’ by the Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association
Woodmont Properties Takes Home 14 Awards of Excellence and Adds to Growing Roster of Awards
BASKING RIDGE, N.J. (September 5, 2017) — Woodmont Properties, one of New Jersey’s leaders in the development of luxury apartment communities, has been honored with the “Community of the Year” Award by the Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association at this year’s 33rd annual banquet. In addition to the evening’s most esteemed honor, Woodmont Properties also received 14 Awards of Excellence.

Arlington: Community of the Year, Best Rental Community under $2,500 per Month, Best Clubhouse for a Community, Best Special Feature Room (Golf Simulator), Best Model Home under $2,500 a Month, Best Signage, Best Website, Best Special Promotion (Open House), Best Landscaping, Best Sales Presentation Video, Leasing Consultant Team of the Year Award and Project Manager of the Year (Mark Johnson).
Woodmont Ridge at Upper Macungie: Best Direct Mail Piece and Best Billboard Ad for a Community.
Individual leaders from Woodmont Properties were also recognized at the banquet, including: Mark Johnson, named “Project Manager of the Year” and Priya Ramnanan, Melanie Diaz and Amanda Mylius were all included in the “Leasing Consultant Team of the Year.”
Winners were chosen by a panel of independent judges, each of which came from outside the organization’s six-county area, in four categories: Builders (new construction), Remodelers, Associates (tradespeople and professionals) and individual achievement awards.
Woodmont Properties received a total of 20 awards in 2017, including the coveted Smart Growth Award from New Jersey Future for Woodmont Metro at Metuchen Station. The firm was also recognized with 5 Sales and Marketing Awards (SAM) for their Woodmont West at Mt. Arlington property bringing their total number of SAM Awards to 70.
