About the Race
This is a 5K Fun Run/Walk. Entry fee includes admission to the post-race BBQ. It’s a great conditioning event for runners and a fun day for families! To register, go to:

Matt Collura is a 30 year-old resident of Monroe Township, NJ and a lifelong runner. In March 2011, he suffered severe brain trauma in a snowboarding accident. That year, a group of friends and family organized this race to raise Matt’s spirits and to help support his recovery. All of the funds raised help to provide extra hours of physical therapy and to purchase equipment that helps him work towards his ultimate goal of running again.
Fundraising
Entry fees will go towards Matt’s fundraising campaign on HelpHopeLive.org, a nonprofit organization that helps individuals overcome financial barriers related to transplant or catastrophic injuries via fundraising. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and top female runners.
