• East Windsor Mayor's Wellness Walk & Talk Returns Sept. 26 (patch.com) — East Windsor residents are invited to join Mayor Janice Mironov and the Health Advisory Board for a Community Walk and Talk on Saturday, Sept. 26, at Etra Lake Park. The one-mile pathway walk launches the township's participation in the statewide Mayors Wellness Campaign, encouraging residents of all ages and abilities to get active, socialize, and support community health.
• East Windsor Holding Pair of Flu Clinics for Local Residents (tapinto.net) — East Windsor seniors can get free flu shots at two township-run clinics on October 1 and October 22 at the East Windsor Township Senior Center on Lanning Boulevard. Open only to township residents, the clinics require advance appointments by phone and are timed to protect locals before flu season ramps up.
