Patidar Indo/Asian Supermarket Opens in East Windsor

Mayor Janice S. Mironov participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony, with owners Rajesh Patel and Pradip Patel, for the opening of the new Patidar Indo/Asian Supermarket, next to Hot Peppers in the new Windsor Crossing Shopping Center, located just off of Route 130 between Walmart and Home Depot.

Patidar, which will occupy 12,810 square feet, is an Indo/Asian Supermarket specializing in Indian and Asian food.  The supermarket has a bakery and sells meats, chicken, fish and dairy products along with fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, rice and beans. The market’s hours of operations are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week.

Mayor Mironov noted, “This new expansive market will offer a new shopping opportunity for area residents and will add to the diversity of services and products in East Windsor.  Patidar will complement the many new businesses that have recently opened in the Windsor Crossing Shopping Center and further attract people to the Center.”
