East Windsor, NJ -- Ground has been broken in East Windsor on a 410,300 Square Foot Class A Distribution/Office Facility on Milford Road, directly across from Conair and directly off of the relocated and enlarged New Jersey Turnpike East Windsor Interchange 8, township officials said.
The Gateway Twin Rivers Project, to be built on 28 acres of land, will house a state-of-the-art warehousing and distribution center with an attractive modern facade, well landscaped grounds, and will be equipped with the latest in industrial features.
“The size and scope marks a significant investment by Gateway Twin Rivers, and exhibits strong confidence in the attractiveness and economic vitality of East Windsor for business,” officials said. “The Gateway Twin Rivers project will generate substantial local tax dollars and new jobs for the area, as well as new patrons for Township stores and restaurants.”
