EAST WINDSOR, NJ — Aidan Wan, a 9th grader from The Peddie School in Hightstown recently won New Jersey's 3rd Congressional District’s 2023 Congressional Art Competition, Congressman Andy Kim (NJ-3) said.

Wan’s painting was titled “Skin and Bone” and depicts an old person. He will now have the opportunity to display his artwork in Congress.

“I am honored every year to help showcase incredible local artists like Aiden and am excited to welcome him to Washington soon so he can see his art hanging on the walls of our Capitol,” Congressman Kim said.

“I was excited to see the submissions at our art showcase last month and meet many of the local student artists. I hope to see more of their impressive art in next year’s competition. It is amazing to see such talent across our district and I am grateful to every student who participated.”
