Letter to the Editor: Thanks for 'Go(ing) Green'

The annual "Go Green Art Show" was held at the Mariboe Art Gallery on May 16th and was a great success. 

Children from Better Beginnings and their families exhibited their wonderful artwork made from recycled materials.

This year was very special as the Peddie faculty and students and community members gathered to honor Mrs. Bettie Witherspoon for the tremendous contributions she has made and continues to make to Better Beginnings and 
the Hightstown community. In her honor, the "Go Green Art Show" has been renamed the "Bettie Witherspoon Go Green Art Show."

The art show was started by Peddie international student Anne Chen. Each year she receives help from the international student advisor, Dr. Andrew Caglieris, and other international students to make the show a grand success.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, faculty, staff, children and families of Better Beginnings, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Headmaster John Green and the Peddie community for hosting the show and helping us show our appreciation to Mrs. Witherspoon.
