How did you get into the business?
Carlos worked in a Portuguese restaurant in Newark and always liked that charcoal grill flavor.
What are you most known for?
We are known most for our pork ribs, chicken, charcoal grilled meats, homemade potato chips and our homemade flan.
What do you do that separates you from your competition?
All our meats are fresh and full of flavor. The charcoal gives our food a distinctive flavor. Our flan is creamy. Our plates are family style and our prices are reasonable. Some of our products are imported from Portugal or Spain.

We live in East Windsor. Our daughter attends Mercer County Special School Services Jr/Sr. High School.
