Metuchen Man Accused of Domestic Violence

Joshua Kuzma, 34, of Metuchen, was charged May 11 with aggravated assault. said they responded to Princeton Arms Apartments West at 5:35 a.m. for a report of a fight.

On the scene, police said the victim told them Kuzma had squeezed her throat, making it hard for her to breathe, and then lifted her up and thrown her against a wall, striking her head. She refused medical assistance, according to police.

Kuzma was released on $10,000 bail.
