New Burrito Restaurant Opening In East Windsor With Deals

EAST WINDSOR, NJ — Bubbakoo's Burritos, the Mexican-fusion restaurant chain, is opening a new location in East Windsor on Friday.

To celebrate, the restaurant will offer free burritos to the first 50 guests and a buy-one-get-one-free entrée deal on opening day.

The locally owned and operated restaurant is located at 8 Princeton Hightstown Road in the Windsor Corner Shopping Center, next to Subway and Verizon.

"We're thrilled to bring the unique flavor of Bubbakoo's to the East Windsor community," the local owner said in a statement. "Bubbakoo's delivers an experience we're proud to share, and we're excited to welcome the community to another store in the brand's home state where families and friends can gather, enjoy great food and feel part of something special."

The East Windsor location will offer the brand's newest limited-time menu items, including the Crispy Jalapeño Ranch Burrito and Jalapeño Ranch sauce. The summer lineup also includes the Power Protein Bowl, Power Protein Cup, and the $10 Bubbs Meal deal, which includes a burrito, chips and salsa, and a drink.

"We've felt tremendous support from the state of New Jersey since we started the brand here back in 2008," said Chris Ives, CEO of Bubbakoo's Burritos. "We've leaned on that support to expand the Bubbakoo's footprint across the country, and we're proud to bring Bubbakoo's flavors to another community in the state where it all started."

Founded in 2008 on the Jersey Shore, Bubbakoo's Burritos has grown to more than 140 locations across 14 states, according to the company. The brand offers more than 12 signature flavors, including the Papi Hibachi Steak and Shrimp Burrito, Crispy Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla, Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Burrito and California Steakhouse Burrito.
