New Jersey Community Bank Announces New Branch in Cranbury

The new, full-service office is on South Main Street.

Robert D. O'Donnell, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of New Jersey Community Bank, announced Thursday the opening of its new branch office in Cranbury. This represents the third branch office established by NJCB since its inception in July 2008. It's a full service banking facility located at 68 S. Main St. in the heart of Cranbury.

James A. Kinghorn, President and Chief Operating Officer commented that, "We are very excited to be in this new marketplace. We believe it gives us an opportunity to serve the banking needs of the local communities in and around Cranbury area with highly-focused personable customer service. Accordingly, we added the appropriate managerial talent to allow us to grow the balance sheet and strengthen our operations, while maintaining the important task of improving shareholder value."

"We are pleased to announce the addition of Huell 'Ed' Alberty as Senior Vice President in Commercial Lending and Elaine Homoky as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager," said Kinghorn. Both Ed and Elaine are assigned to the Cranbury office.

Ed Alberty brings to the Bank over 30 years of experience in commercial lending in the New Jersey area. Prior to joining the Bank, he was Vice President at Hopewell Valley Community Bank and managed their Cranbury Loan Production Office. Previously Alberty has held various positions at Sun National Bank formerly Community Bank of Central New Jersey and First Bank of Central Jersey. He is a graduate of William Paterson College with concentration in Business Administration and Accounting. He is a Marine Corps veteran with service in Vietnam.

Elaine Homoky brings to the bank more than 25 years of experience in branch management. Prior to joining the Bank, she was Assistant Treasurer at 1st Constitution Bank and managed the Cranbury office. Homoky is a graduate of Rutgers University with a concentration in Business Administration. She is an active member of the Cranbury Lions Club and serves on its Board as Assistant Treasurer.
