Police Blotter: Lewdness, Harassment, Assault and Drugs

• Search Warrant Yields Stun Gun, Traces of Marijuana and More

John Xenos, 24, of Morrison Avenue, Hightstown, was charged Tuesday with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possession of a stun gun, possession of fewer than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

said an investigation led to a search warrant, and that the ensuing search of Xenos’ residence revealed a stun gun, trace amounts of marijuana and assorted drug paraphernalia, all of which police seized. Xenos was released on 10 percent of $15,000 bail.

• Police: Man Flashed Teenagers

Thomas O. Hager, 22, of Probasco Road, East Windsor, was charged May 27 with lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.

said they responded to Probasco Road at 5:39 p.m. on a report of two adults fighting. Police said they arrived to learn Hager had been at a second-story window where he had been “inappropriately exposing himself” to teenagers outside. He was released on $25,000 bail.

• Charges Follow Domestic Dispute

Michael J. Lotito, 31, of Dennison Drive, East Windsor, was charged May 27 with harassment.

Police said they responded to Dennison Drive at 4:45 p.m. after receiving a report that a domestic fight had taken place. Police, who labeled the incident one of domestic violence, said the victim had visible signs of being injured and that they learned Lotito “had pushed and shoved the victim during a heated argument.” Lotito was released pending court.
