Police: East Windsor Man Assaulted Woman

 have arrested a local man for what they called a domestic violence incident.

Angel Beltran Urena, 35, of Windsor Regency Apartments, East Windsor, was charged May 18 with assault, harassment, obstructing justice and presenting a fraudulent identification. 

Police said they responded to a report of a fight at Windsor Regency at 11:41 p.m. and learned that Urena had assaulted a woman at the residence, who had visible scratches on her.

Urena gave police a false name and personal information, according to a police report. Police said they turned him over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement on an ICE detainer.
