Princeton Junction, N.J. – October 28, 2014 – Smashburger, the nation’s fastest-growing “better burger” restaurant, announced today that it will open its East Windsor, New Jersey, restaurant on Wednesday, November 5 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The East Windsor restaurant, located at 440 U.S. Route 130, will host area business leaders and elected officials at the event. Beginning at 9:30 a.m., East Windsor Mayor Janice Mironov, will cut the ribbon to officially open the restaurant. The Mayor will also be joined at the event by MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce President/CEO Robert Prunetti and other dignitaries at the grand-opening ceremony.

At Smashburger, the secret is in the smash. It starts with 100-percent fresh, never frozen, all-natural Certified Angus Beef, and is smashed on a 400-degree, flat grill to sear in the juicy flavor. To further the “better burger” experience, the delicious burgers are served on toasted artisan buns and topped with a selection of the freshest produce, real cheeses and highest-quality condiments. Smashburger East Windsor will feature the local “New Jersey Burger” and chicken sandwich, which are topped with Applewood smoked bacon, blue cheese, grilled onions, haystack onions, lettuce, tomato and mayo on an onion bun.
