Stage Left Restaurant to Offer Cocktail Benefitting LGBT Cause
Proceeds from the "Give a Damn" cocktail will benefit the True Colors Fund.

The "Give a Damn" martini, created by Van Gogh Vodka, is part of the compay's "Cocktails without Prejudice" campaign, and will be offered at more than 60 restaurants nationwide on March 28.
For every drink sold, $1 will benefit the True Colors Fund, which promotes LGBT equality. The fund was founded by singer Cyndi Lauper.

According to a release from Van Gogh Vodka, the "Give a Damn" campaign was founded in 2010 and is intended to "inspire straight people to “give a damn” about LGBT equality."
is located at 5 Livingston Ave in New Brunswick. It is open from noon to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

The recipe for the "Give a Damn" Martini is as follows, as created by "The Cocktail Guru" Jonathan Pogash.
Give a Damn Martini Recipe
- 1 1/2 oz. Van Gogh BLUE Triple Wheat Vodka
- 3/4 oz. POM Pomegranate Juice
- 3/4 oz. Monin Cinnamon Syrup
- Top off with 1 1/2 oz Sparkling Wine
Directions: Shake first three ingredients very well with ice and strain into a martini glass. Top off with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with half of an orange slice.
