1M Winning Lottery Ticket Sold At Quick Stop Edison

The Powerball jackpot now climbs to $1.9 billion.

EDISON, NJ - One lucky lottery player in New Jersey won the $1 million prize winning Powerball ticket as the jackpot soared to $1.9 billion this weekend, New Jersey Lottery officials said.

The winning ticket was sold at a Quick Stop, 940 Inman Avenue in Edison, and matched five of the five white balls drawn for Saturday’s drawing, earning the second-tier prize.

Ticket sales in New Jersey cut off at 9:59 p.m. on the nights of Powerball drawings: Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. You can find retailers selling lottery tickets in Garden State on the Powerball website.
