Developer Plans Age-Restricted Apartment Building in Edison
The building is being proposed at 39 Thomas Place, in the Route 1 area.
EDISON, NJ – An Edison-based developer has out in an application to build an age-restricted apartment building in Edison, just off Route 1, according to public documents.
Yashraj5 Realty LLC has filed an application to build a 51,360 square-foot apartment building at 39 Thomas Place, according to the public notice.
They are seeking waivers for minimum front yard setback where 20 feet is required and 5.76 to route 1 is proposed; parking where 86 spots are required and 63 spaces with four for electric vehicles are proposed.

The Township’s Planning Board will be hearing the application on Aug. 14.
