Edison 7-Eleven Sells Winning $25,000 'New Year’s Raffle' Lottery

Previous winning tickets were sold in Secaucus and Clifton. Tickets are still on sale for New Jersey Lottery's New Year's Raffle.

EDISON, NJ — A lucky person won the third $25,000 in New Jersey’s “New Year’s Raffle,” officials announced. The winning ticket was sold at 7-Eleven, 2477 Woodbridge Ave., Edison. The ticket number is #062446.

This is the third winner of the "New Year's Raffle" since Nov. 29. Previous $25,000 tickets were sold in Secaucus and Clifton.

Tickets are still on sale for New Jersey Lottery’s New Year’s Raffle. Only 500,000 tickets are available, with a New Year’s Day Grand Prize Drawing for $2,000,000.

In addition to the Grand Prize Drawing, two “early-bird” drawings still remain for a $25,000 prize, officials said. Tickets are $20 each and when purchased become eligible for all future drawings.

The next early-bird drawing will be Monday, Dec. 20. Up to 38,462 random tickets will win a $50 prize.
