Edison To Host Housing Resource Fair On Saturday
Participants can learn about homeless prevention, get credit counseling, and more.
EDISON, NJ — The Edison Housing Authority is partnering with the Township to host a Housing Resource Fair on Saturday. This fiar will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Edison Housing Authority in the Robert E. Holmes Garden’s community room.
Bankers and representatives will be available onsite to provide information on credit counseling. Participants will also have the opportunity to speak with a Homeownership HUD Certified Counselor, as well as apply for rental assistance.
“Having access to resources is important, as homeownership is still a goal that every family wants to achieve," Deborah Hurley, Executive Director, Edison Housing Authority told Patch. "We feel it’s our responsibility as a housing authority to make that connection for our families and residents living in the community of Edison.”
