Edison MVC Closed After Employee Tests Positive For COVID-19
In total, six MVC Centers now remain closed because of COVID-19.

EDISON, NJ – The Edison Licensing Center closed Tuesday after an employee tested positive for COVID-19, the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission announced.
The Edison Licensing Center will be closed until Jan. 29. The employee who tested positive was last in the center on Jan. 14, officials said.
Also closed until Feb. 1 is the licensing center at Randolph, after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.

In total, six MVC Centers remain closed due to COVID-19.

- Medford Vehicle Center – Saturday, Jan. 23
- Salem Licensing Center – Saturday, Jan. 23
- North Bergen Licensing Center – Monday, Jan. 25
- Lodi Licensing Center – Monday, Jan. 25
- Edison Licensing Center – Friday, Jan. 29
- Randolph Licensing Center – Monday, Feb. 1
Meanwhile, the Trenton Regional/Vehicle Center will be closed on Jan. 20, in order to facilitate security measures within Trenton and the State Capitol area ahead of the Presidential inauguration.
All MVCs are open by appointment only, with no walk-ins allowed. Although, the MVC Licensing Centers accept walk-in customers for first time permits, licenses, and non-driver IDs.
Customers ca log on to NJMVC.gov to check the status of locations, complete online transactions, schedule appointments, and learn more about MVC operations.
