Edison Teen Missing Since May 3 Might Be In Newark
Police have been searching for Jalaysia Staplar-Evans since May 3rd. She might be in Newark.
EDISON, NJ — Edison Police have been searching for Jalaysia Staplar-Evans since May 3, and are looking to speak to anyone with information on her whereabouts.
Staplar-Evans, 14, is believed to be in the Newark area. Staplar-Evans was previously missing in March of 2018, and a June 2017 runaway attempt ended at Jersey Gardens Mall in Elizabeth, police said.
The teen, pictured above, is 5'2" and weights 120 pounds, police said in March.
