Hurricane Harvey Pups Up For Adoption At Menlo Park Mall This Weekend

After being left homeless by the hurricane, these dogs are looking for new homes in New Jersey.

EDISON, NJ — Looking to add a furry friend to your family? Menlo Park Mall is hosting a Texas Hounds Adoption Day this Saturday, with dogs stranded by Hurricane Harvey.

Hosted in partnership with The Hunterdon Somerset Animal Rescue, you can add a new member to your family by visiting the mall on Saturday, Sept. 23. Many of the dogs came to New Jersey after Hurricane Harvey filled shelters in Texas and left them homeless. There will also be local dogs in need of homes available for adoption too.

The adoption program will be held between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. under the spiral staircase near the Victoria's Secret, and under the parking deck near Jersey Strong (formerly called Work Out World). For more information, email the rescue center at HunterdonSomersetARC@gmail.com.
