Learn To Save A Life: Free CPR Demo Coming To Edison Public Library

The Edison Public Library is partnering with Hackensack Meridian Health for the training.

EDISON, NJ — The Edison Public Library will host a free hands-only CPR demonstration with Hackensack Meridian Health educators on Saturday, April 11, at 11 a.m. at the library's main branch, 340 Plainfield Ave.

The interactive program will cover chest compression techniques, with participants practicing on mannequins, and will include instruction on how to use an automated external defibrillator.

A certificate of participation will be provided upon completion. The session is not a formal certification class.

The program is open to anyone 12 and older. Registered spots will be held for the first five minutes before the event opens to the waitlist.
