New Automated Car Wash Proposed In Edison

Ballymere Capital, LLC is seeking to build the car wash at on 801 Rt.1 in Edison

EDISON, NJ – A new automated car wash has been proposed for Route 1 in Edison.

Ballymere Capital, LLC is seeking to build a 2,884-square-foot building on 801 Rt.1, which is located in the General Business Highway Zone.

Developers are seeking a variance of minimum lot depth where 125 feet is required and 40.4 feet exists. They are also seeking parking variances.

The Planning Board is expected to hear the application during Monday’s meeting.

The car wash is being proposed on a vacant lot.
