For Coach Julie Haynoski, cheerleading has become something much bigger than a sport. It’s where students who once hesitated to speak begin to find their voice, stepping into confidence in ways that carry beyond the mat.

Coach Dawn Francavilla brings a lifetime of experience to her work, combining high expectations with empathy. Her focus is simple but powerful: help each student recognize their strengths—and build from there.
