Who's Running For School Board In Edison?
Here's a look at who is running to represent Edison schools in the 2018 election.
EDISON, NJ — Edison has a contested school board race this November, with seven candidates running for three spots. Monday was the deadline for candidates to file.
The election will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 6. Voters can select three candidates each for a three year term. Here's who you can expect to see on the ballot:
- Elizabeth Conway
- Ralph Errico
- Yuxina "Yuna" Chen
- Harish Verma
- Anthony DeAmorin
- Shivi Prasad-Madhukar
- Paul Distefano
Distefano, Errico and Prasad-Madhukar are incumbents.

The Edison school board is currently in the process of selecting a new superintendent to replace Richard O'Malley, who's last day is this Thursday.
