Borst Landscape & Design (Borst), a full-service landscape and hardscape firm headquartered in Allendale, recently announced that Jessica Booth, of Bogota, NJ, was hired as a Landscape/Garden Design Assistant. As a Landscape/Garden Design Assistant, Jessica works closely with all garden maintenance accounts assisting in client relations, quality control, and the production and crew management.

“With Jessica’s varied background and outstanding talent, we are ecstatic about bringing her on board as part of the Borst team,” said Mark Borst, President of Borst Landscape & Design. “We look forward to her assistance in the design and sales of garden services to new and existing clients.”

Jessica gained her initial experience working through high school and college for a plant nursery/farm. In 2007, Jessica studied Landscape Architecture in Spain and Italy. After graduating from Rutgers University in 2008 with a BS in Environmental Planning with an option in Landscape Architecture, she worked for a few small landscape design/build companies. She then began working for a landscape architecture and project management firm before coming to Borst Landscape & Design. Jessica completed two of four exams to become a licensed landscape architect and plans to complete the next two exams in the following year.
