PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, the Land Use Planning Board of the Township of East Hanover, NJ will hold their Land Use Planning Board Meeting on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. by virtual public meeting, which can be accessed using the instructions provided below.

Public Hearing:

1. Mondelez Global LLC, 00/112/200 Deforest Avenue, Block: 42 Lot: 37.02, 37 Zone R-MF
   Preliminary and final major site plan, variance, design waiver, tree removal approval, and for a major soil moving permit, to expand the current parking facilities by approximately 444 additional parking stalls and make associated stormwater management, drainage, landscaping and lighting improvements on property

   Any other variances and or wavers that may be required for the above applications
