Englewood Man, 71, Touched Girl's Thighs, Kissed Her: Prosecutor
Breaking: Anthony Romain was charged with aggravated criminal sexual contact, authorities said.
ENGLEWOOD, NJ — A city man was charged with criminal sexual contact after he allegedly touched and kissed a young girl, the prosecutor's office announced.
Anthony Romain, 71, was arrested after the Englewood Police Department was alerted that a juvenile girl reported that Romain touched her on her upper inner thighs on several occasions and kissed her lower back and neck, said acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo.
The Englewood Police Department and the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit investigated and Romain was arrested Thursday, Calo said.

Romain was charged with aggravated criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child, Calo said.
Romain is scheduled to appear in Central Judicial Processing Court Friday.
