ENGLEWOOD, NJ — A 52-year-old Englewood man has died after a tree limb fell on him Saturday, NJ.com reports.
Englewood officials said the man was trimming the limb with a gas-powered chainsaw while at his home on Curry Avenue. When the branch began to fall, it knocked the man off his ladder, where he was roughly 10 to 15 feet off the ground, NJ.com said.
Responding officers found the man pinned under the limb, and in cardiac arrest. He was transported to Hackensack Meridian Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
