Englewood Man Sexually Assaulted 17-Year-Old: Prosecutor
Fabio Agudelo, 70, was also charged with identity theft, authorities said.
ENGLEWOOD, NJ — A city man was charged with aggravated sexual assault after an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office and the Maywood Police Department, authorities announced Friday.
Fabio Agudelo, 70, a bus aide, was arrested and charged Thursday after the agencies received information that he sexually assaulted a 17-year-old in Maywood, Grewal said in a news release.
Authorities investigated and charged Agudelo with aggravated sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and identity theft.

Agudelo was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending arraignment, Grewal said.
