Alleged Englewood Marijuana Dealer Arrested
Rashaun Henry, 43, was arrested following an investigation by several law enforcement agencies.

ENGLEWOOD, NJ — A city man was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal announced Friday.
Authorities from the Englewood Police Department and the Bergen County Sheriff's Office determined during an investigation that Rashaun Henry, 43, was distributing marijuana from his Green Street home, Grewal said in a news release.
Authorities found a .38-caliber Taurus revolver, hollow-point ammunition, suspected marijuana, a digital scale, plastic baggies and $3,331 in cash when they searched Henry's home Wednesday, the prosecutor said.

Henry was charged with possession of a firearm while distributing drugs, possession with the intent to distribute marijuana within 500 feet of Argonne Park in Teaneck, possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, namely marijuana and possessing a firearm having been convicted of an enumerated offense, Grewal said.
Henry was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a hearing in Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court, he said.
