Englewood Police Hosting National Night Out Is Tonight
The family-friendly event is 6 to 10 p.m. at Mackay Park.
ENGLEWOOD, NJ — The Police Department will host a National Night Out event tonight at Mackay Park from 6 to 10 p.m.
There will be entertainment for children and adults. The event will be held regardless of weather.
National Night Out is nationwide community event sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch in the United States and Canada. The event is designed to increase awareness about community policing programs, such as drug prevention and neighborhood watch initiatives, among others.
