The books examine the emotional pressures facing children and offer parents guidance on helping them develop resilience, empathy, confidence and a stronger sense of identity. Dr. Shefali, the founder of the Conscious Parenting movement, draws from clinical cases and interviews with children and parents.

P!NK, who is also a mother, will moderate the discussion. Organizers emphasize that “P!NK will not perform or sing at this event. Her appearance is for moderation only.”
