Tori Williams of Englewood continues to suffer from her injuries, she claims.

ENGLEWOOD, NJ — The survivor of a fatal car accident on Route 4 last year has filed a lawsuit against the estate of the dead driver, according to a report on NJ.com.

Tori Williams of Englewood said in her suit that hospital treatment resulting from the crash cost her more than $3,600 and that she will continue to incur medical expenses in the future, the report said.

The Jan. 16, 2016 crash occurred when Bevon L. Senior Jr. lost control of his Acura on Route 4 near Grand Avenue, according to the lawsuit, because he was "inattentive, negligent, careless" and struck a guardrail and utility pole.
