Police Investigation Closes Part Of Route 4 Saturday
BREAKING: Police closed the roadway because of a suspicious package under the highway at an overpass, one report said.

Part of Route 4 was closed for about an hour Saturday afternoon due to police activity, authorities said.
Englewood police said shortly after noon that Route 4 West was closed at Grand Avenue and Route 4 East was closed at Webster Avenue. The roadway was opened up shortly after 1 p.m., police said.

NorthJersey.com reported that police closed the roadway because of a suspicious package under the highway at an overpass in Englewood near Grand Avenue.

A Bergen County Sheriff's vehicle blocked off Route 4 East near the Teaneck-Englewood border at Webster Avenue, the report said.
