RealSource Hosts BINGO for Vets
Residents at the Paramus Veterans Memorial Home enjoyed a fun day of BINGO hosted by the RealSource Community Service Committee.
Waldwick, N.J. (December, 2016) – Residents at the Paramus Veterans Memorial Home enjoyed a fun day of BINGO hosted by the RealSource Association of Realtors® Community Service Committee. Coordinated through Mariamma Joseph, Assistant Supervisor of Recreation, committee members were thrilled to be given the opportunity to fund the BINGO games with the veterans.
"It was an honor to spend a few hours with the people who sacrificed for all of us, said Richard May, RealSource Director and Member of the Community Service Committee. It’s because of them we have the freedom to spend our days as we wish."
Staff members called the numbers and committee members assisted and verified "a good bingo" and then paid out the prizes. The event ended with the vets each receiving a candy cane.
