Tenafly, Dumont, and Bergenfield Artists to be Featured in One River Gallery’s Spring Student Art Show

Works by artists from Tenafly, Dumont, and Bergenfield will be presented at One River Gallery’s annual Spring Student Art Show from June 6 through June 14, 2014, with an opening reception to be held on Friday, June 6 from 6:00 to 8:00PM.

The exhibit will feature paintings, drawings, sculptures, and mixed media pieces that were created by students who are taking classes at One River Gallery’s associated school, One River School of Art and Design in Englewood.

“Our Spring Student Art Show will mark our fourth student show to date, and it represents the next level of creativity and skill development for our student artists,” says Matt Ross, founder of One River.  “After taking in ideas from the current art world, our students have turned inspiration into striking creations in a variety of media, and we’re thrilled to showcase their remarkable results.”

Participating area artists will include Jacob Levine, Sydney Salk, Anna Pomerantz, Nicki Goldman, Jackie Wolf, Maddie Shurr, Ariana Lim, Max Selver, and Xander Trop from Tenafly; Lasha Areshidze from Dumont; and Alejandro Zayas from Bergenfield.

One River School of Art and Design’s Spring Student Show will be exhibited from June 6 through June 14, 2014 at 49 N.
