Davia, located on Fair Lawn Avenue, specializes in farm-to-table ingredients and craft cocktails, and offers prix fixe dinners.

Menu items include a rack of lamb, beef wellington, chicken due volte, veal, and various pizza and pasta dishes.

The owners wrote in a message, "After almost 28 years of serving Fair Lawn and the greater Bergen County area, we would like to formally announce we are closing this Sunday ... It has been our privilege to serve our friends and family, and even more an honor to see most of those friends become our chosen family."

They added, "We are sad at the closing of this chapter, but so excited to see what the future brings for our families. With all the love in the world: Michele, Paul, Bill, and the whole Davia family."

One fan wrote on social media, "Thank you for all the wonderful years of food and friendship!"
